The Supreme Court has suggested to the Reserve Bank of India to change the bank check. So that check bounce cases can be stopped. During the hearing of a case, the Supreme Court has given these suggestions. The Supreme Court has also sent a list to the RBI. In which it has been said about the change in bank check.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ इंडिया को बैंक चेक में बदलाव करने के लिए सुझाव दिया है. ताकि चेक बाउंस के मामलो को रोका जा सके. एक मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ये सुझाव दिए हैं. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आरबीआई को एक लिस्ट भी भेजी है. जिसमें बैंक चेक में बदलाव के बारे में कहा गया है.
